Attention Wine Lovers: Support NIPR and Black Pine Animal Park

Wine in the Pines, June 23

Join Black Pine Animal Park for the 3rd Annual Wine in the Pines fundraiser. Black Pine’s senior keepers will start the evening out with an ‘early bird’ guided sanctuary tour beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Enjoy a variety of wines, light hors d’oeuvres, and music from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  This evening of “adult” fun offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy observing the animals, meet dedicated caregivers and other staff members, and learn more about Black Pine. All proceeds benefit the animals.

Tickets are $25.00 in advance (purchased prior to June 23) and $30.00 at the door.  Purchase securely online or call (260) 636-7383 to order by phone.

Picked by the Pros Wine Tasting & Pairing Dinner, June 29

Hosted by Dan and Krista Stockman, this event will feature a 6-course dinner, paired with wine chosen by the experts. With each course, a new wine will be introduced with an explanation about what make it the perfect pair for each course. This year, the event will take place at a new location: Bergstaff Place, 2020 E. Washington Blvd.

Picked by the Pros is a fundraiser for Northeast Indiana Public Radio, supporting public broadcasting on WBOI 89.1 and WBNI 94.1. Tickets are $125 per person or $800 for a table and may be purchased online or by calling (260) 452-1189.
